Cabell Vest joined AquaLaw in 2009. Previously, Cabell was an attorney in a busy real estate and land use practice with a national law firm.

Before attending law school, Cabell completed a master's degree in Urban and Environmental Planning and worked as a Land Use Planner in a leading real estate law practice in Northern Virginia. Cabell is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional.

In addition to supporting AquaLaw's broad water practice, Cabell's experience in environmental planning, land use, and real estate transactions will help meet the growing needs of the firm's clients in the areas of water quality planning, water resources and stormwater management, and utility-related transactions.
